Podpatky a jak na nich správně chodit

Prodlužují nohy, působí svůdně, ale špatně se v nich běhá na tramvaj a jejich dlouhodobé nošení neprospívá ani našemu zdravotnímu stavu. Ano, řeč je o podpatcích. Víte, jak na podpatcích správně chodit a jak se cítit co nejpohodlněji?

Obuv na podpatcích na nás číhá v každé obuvi a krásným modelům se někdy jen opravdu těžko odolává. Čas od času si podpatky můžeme dopřát, ale určitě není vhodné nosit pouze obuv na podpatcích.

S podpatky začínejte opatrně

Jestliže s podpatky teprve začínáte, kupte si nějaké stabilní boty, které obepínají nohu a drží kotník tam, kde má být. Teprve až budete v chůzi na podpatcích mistryně, můžete si dovolit různé lehké sandálky. První kroky v botách na podpatcích si nacvičte doma, a to nejlépe na linoleu, na které bota dobře přilne.

Trénink správné chůze

Žena na podpatcích by měla být narovnaná takřka jako podle pravítka. Lopatky mají být stáhnuté směrem dolů a kolena nemají být pokrčená. Nohy pokládejte před sebe tak, jako byste šla po rovné čáře. Modelky sice nohy ještě kříží, ale v běžném životě to může působit přehnaně. Váhu přenášejte při chůzi ze špiček na bříška chodidel a nakonec na paty.

Aby se vám chodilo pohodlně

V dnešní době si lze zakoupit gelové či pěnové vložky do špičky i na patu. Chůze se pro vás stane příjemnější a chodidla nebudou klouzat.

Podpatky a kluzké povrchy

Na podpatcích ženám mnohdy klouže podrážka a hrozí nebezpečí pádu, které s sebou nese jak společenské, tak zdravotní důsledky. Jednoduchou radou je opatřit si v drogerii kalafunu a tou podrážky i podpatky potřít.

Ať už se nad botami s podpatky jakkoliv rozplýváme, lékaři naše nadšení rozhodně nesdílí. Podpatky můžou uškodit nohám a nejenom jim. Lékaři doporučují, aby měly podpatky maximálně 4 cm. Platí, že klenba nohy musí mít dostatečnou oporu. Vůbec nejhorší variantou jsou ze zdravotního hlediska jehlové podpatky.

Hříšné jehlové podpatky

Vysoké jehlové podpatky se dokonce zařadily do žebříčku mezi nejnezdravější doplňky, které poškozují ženské zdraví. Pokud je budeme nosit dlouhodobě, pravděpodobně si přivodíme vrůstání nehtů, kladívkové prsty, záněty bříšek chodidel, kuří oka či bolest kotníků.

Studie navíc ukazují, že vysoké jehlové podpatky zatěžují srdce a poškozují cévy na nohách Kromě toho jsou na ploskách nohy reflexní body, jenomže nevhodná obuv nohu nepřirozeně stlačuje, čímž blokuje tok energie a vede k dalším problémům.
